Commercial contracts - Entrepreneurship Committee

On December 2, 2025, the CCI FRANCE CHINE Entrepreneurship Committee hosted the 3rd edition of its "Entrepreneurship NOW!" conference in Guangzhou. This dedicated session focused on the intricacies of commercial contracts in China, providing practical tips and essential knowledge for entrepreneurs.

The masterclass was led by two distinguished experts with decades of on-the-ground experience: Mr. Jeremy Sargent OBE (JSA & The Happy Monk) and Ms. Melanie Besancenot (MEL). They guided our participants through the complexities of the local market, sharing invaluable business insights.
