On May 20, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE hosted the physical event “How HR Can Help Drive Growth and Organisational Resilience” at its Beijing office, bringing together HR professionals, business leaders, and managers navigating the adoption of artificial intelligence in the workplace.

Led by Qi Zhang, Regional Head North Asia at Top Employers Institute, the session provided actionable insights on fostering trust in AI and transforming organizational practices. By connecting global HR trends with practical implementation strategies, the session reinforced CCI France Chine’s commitment to equipping members with forward-looking people management tools.

The session focused on three key takeaways:

🔹Data-driven AI insights for HR: Qi Zhang shared global trends showing how AI can unlock $4.4 trillion in business value, while highlighting organizational barriers to adoption, including trust, workflow integration, and employee engagement.

🔹Overcoming adoption hurdles: Real-world cases illustrated why AI initiatives often succeed technically but fail organizationally, and how HR can bridge the trust gap with employees, ensuring adoption is ethical, transparent, and effective.

🔹Strategic roles for HR: Participants explored the three critical roles HR must play to enable responsible, effective AI adoption, integrating skills development, leadership, inclusion, and workforce sustainability into AI strategies.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Qi Zhang for his expertise, to Top Employers Institute for their partnership, and to all participants for their engagement and thoughtful questions, which enriched the discussions and strengthened the exchange of ideas on AI-driven HR transformation.
