On April 23, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE in collaboration with Raffles Hospital Beijing and Labours hosted the physical event “Mental Health Management in the Workplace” at its Beijing office, bringing together HR professionals, business leaders, and managers concerned with workforce well-being.

Led by Zhang Qing, Psychotherapist at Raffles Hospital Beijing, and Sharon Liu, Consulting Partner at Labours, the session provided practical insights into psychological resilience and strategic communication. By bridging clinical expertise and corporate HR reality, the session reinforced CCI France Chine’s commitment to equipping members with modern, humane management tools.

The session focused on 3 key takeaways:

  • Clinical foundations of workplace mental health: Zhang Qing explained how stress, emotional management, and career counseling directly impact productivity and retention.
  • HR communication during sensitive transitions: Sharon Liu used real negotiation and restructuring cases to show how precise mental health terminology enables more humane workforce dialogue.
  • Bilingual institutional best practices: Speakers highlighted how French and Chinese companies can adopt structured mental health protocols without cultural friction.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Zhang Qing and Sharon Liu for their expertise, to Raffles Hospital Beijing and Labours for their partnership, and to all participants for their engagement and thoughtful questions.
