HRD Committee: Career Framework and Organizational Change

On March 31, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE hosted its Human Resources Directors (HRD) Committee meeting in Beijing. Generously hosted at the offices of SCOR, this session brought together HR leaders from prominent member companies.
The session began with exclusive presentations from our hosts: Mme Cécile DEMAN-ENEL, SCOR Group Chief Human Resources Officer, and Romain LEFAIX, Head of HR APAC. Their insights set the stage for a highly interactive roundtable where all participating HR leaders actively shared their own experiences and perspectives.
The morning's discussions focused on:
- Career Framework & Organizational Change:Mme Cécile DEMAN-ENEL shared her expertise on aligning job architecture with career frameworks. The group discussed the strategic transition from a skill-based to a performance-based organization, ensuring teams are "future-ready" in an environment increasingly supported by AI.
- Spotlight on SCOR’s Skills-Based Approach:Romain LEFAIX presented a deep dive into identifying key competencies through job-family workshops. He detailed the tools used to structure roles (Job Architecture) and clarify missions (Job Overview) to build clear internal Career Paths.
- A "Win-Win" Strategy: Through collective exchange, the committee highlighted how a structured HR model benefits both sides: employees develop their skills and careers, while companies secure the specific capabilities needed to thrive.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to SCOR, Mme Cécile DEMAN-ENEL, Romain LEFAIX, and Jessie XU for their warm hospitality and invaluable insights. We also thank every participant from our member companies for their vocal engagement, making this committee a truly collaborative success.
