HRD Committee : Lacoste Durable Elegance for People (DE&I) Global Strategy & China Implementation

On April 3rd,CCI FRANCE CHINE and Lacoste co-hosted an inspiring HRD Committee session at Lacoste’s Office.

Ms. Queen HE, HRVP of Lacoste Greater China, elaborated on Lacoste’s nearly century-old heritage rooted in tennis elegance, as well as its strategic transformation towards youthfulness, fashion and premiumization.

She spotlighted Lacoste’s Durable Elegance Strategy, which is centered on People, Product and Planet, while highlighting the brand’s core values and key practices in talent development, diversity & inclusion, youth empowerment, women leadership and employee volunteerism.

The practical sharing sparked in-depth exchanges among cross-industry participants.
