INTRODUCTION / 培训简介

Mental Health First Aid ( MHFA ) is an internationally recognized, evidence-based clinical training program designed to teach participants how to identify, understand, and respond to common mental health issues encountered in daily life and work. Based on the contents of MHFA, this course introduces strategies and techniques for early identification, understanding, and intervention for common mental health issues in various scenarios. It allows participants to learn how to act like "psychological first aiders," providing immediate care and support to those in need, preventing issues from escalating, and fostering resilience.

心理健康急救 （Mental Health First Aid）是一项国际认可，基于实证的临床培训课程，旨在教导受训者如何识别，理解并应对在生活工作中遇到的常见心理健康问题。本次心理健康急救课程基于MHFA内容，紧密联系国内不同场景的常见心理健康问题，介绍关于早期识别，理解与干预的策略和技巧。使参与者学习如何向“心理急救员”一样，为身边需要帮助的人提供第一时间的关怀与支持，防止问题恶化，促进心理复原力。

• Introduction to Mental Health Issues and Mental Health First Aid / 精神健康问题简介及精神健康急救
• First Aid for Mental Health Issues – Depression / 精神健康问题的急救 – 抑郁症
• First Aid for Mental Health Issues – Anxiety Disorders / 精神健康问题的急救 – 焦虑症
• First aid for mental health issues – other issues (substance abuse, major mental illness, gambling problems) / 精神健康问题的急救 – 其他问题（物质滥用，重性精神病，赌博问题）
• First aid for mental health crises (dealing with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, panic attacks, post-traumatic reactions, etc / 精神健康危机的急救（处理自杀念头、自我伤害、惊恐发作、创伤事件后反应，等）
