The First Edition of the France-China Supply Chain Forum
On June 22nd, 2026, At the Ambassade de France en Chine, CCI FRANCE CHINE, Business France and CCPIT-CISC organized the first France China Supply Chain Forum, bringing together more than 110 French and Chinese stakeholders.
The forum was opened by Ms. Myriam PAVAGEAU, Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of France in China, who highlighted the contribution of French companies to strengthening value chains and supporting the low-carbon transition in China.
Three panel discussions explored key challenges shaping France-China cooperation:
🔹 Decarbonizing supply chains: challenge or competitive advantage?
With Ms. ZHANG Zhenxia (Junheng Biotechnology), Mr. Nick CHEN (Dassault Aviation), Ms. Ellie WU (HRC), Ms. XIE Candice (Thales) and Mr. Florian Olivier-Koehret (CMA CGM).
🔹 Shaping the industries of tomorrow: the strength of French innovation
With Dr. Shawn Shenghua Feng (Dassault Systèmes), Ms. Claire Wang (Defontaine Rollix) and Mr. Liang Feng (Groupe ECM).
🔹 Chemicals, healthcare, cosmetics and agrifood: leveraging French value chain strengths
With Ms. YU Yingzhu (Taicang Municipal Committee of the CPPCC & Taicang Investment Promotion Bureau), Mr. Tao HU (Air Liquide), Ms. Likun CUI (ANDROS CHINA) and Mr. Manuel Ruiz (Servier China).
The forum concluded with remarks from Ms. LIN Honghong, Vice-Chairwoman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT-CISC), and Mr. Christian Gianella, Minister-Counsellor for Economic Affairs at the Embassy of France in China, who reaffirmed the importance of dialogue, cooperation and resilient value chains.
The event ended with a networking cocktail reception hosted at the premises of CCI FRANCE CHINE with opening remarks from Mr. Philippe Meunier, Vice President of the RĂ©gion Auvergne-RhĂ´ne-Alpes, and Ms. Christine Miles, Vice President of CCI FRANCE CHINE, in collaboration with CCI Lyon MĂ©tropole Saint-Etienne Roanne.
