Conference - QClaw by Tencent: an AI tool for company digital transformation

On June 24, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE with La French Tech Hong Kong Shenzhen co-hosted a session at Ehub Qianhai in Shenzhen, gathering the tech community for an in-depth look at Tencent's QClaw.
The session began with a walkthrough of QClaw's evolution from OpenClaw—an open-source project that surpassed 300,000 stars on GitHub—to a consumer-ready AI agent that runs locally on your machine. Unlike traditional AI tools that only generate text, QClaw executes tasks, memorizes context, and uses tools to complete workflows across multiple platforms.
The live demo brought these capabilities to life, showing how the AI agent can autonomously handle file management, document processing, and cross-platform communication through simple natural language instructions sent via messaging apps.
The panel discussion tackled a question many companies are asking: does AI truly improve enterprise efficiency, or does the gap between expectation and reality still run deep? Panelists explored key themes including data sovereignty, the shift from pilots to operational impact, and real-world use cases in finance and document processing.
The key takeaway: QClaw represents a shift from AI that "only answers questions" to AI that "actually does things"—turning agents from developer experiments into practical productivity tools for everyday users.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our guest speaker—Shuyu Zhang, Global Product Lead at QClaw—as well as our moderator Laurent Le Pen from French Tech HK-SZ, panelists Nicolas Astruc from Crédit Agricole, Francis Okafor from IDEMIA, and Andy Yao from Ehub, and everyone who joined and contributed to the conversation.
