China Visa Policy Update

On February 4, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE invited professional officers from the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau’s Exit-Entry Administration Division to the Beijing office for a dedicated policy interpretation sharing session.
This meeting was designed to support member companies in navigating the complexities of handling visa applications and managing foreign nationals in China. By bringing together regulatory authorities and business representatives, the session provided a strategic platform to accurately grasp the latest trends in entry-exit policies and standardize related business processes.
The session focused on:
- Policy Interpretation: An in-depth analysis of the latest updates to regulations and implementation rules from both a policy and practical perspective.
- Visa Application Protocols: Clarifying key points and core requirements for various types of visa applications for foreign employees coming to China.
- Practical Guidance: Addressing common considerations for managing foreign employee visas and resolving challenges foreign nationals may encounter in their daily lives.
- Direct Dialogue: A Q&A session allowing members to raise corporate concerns and receive authoritative answers directly from the Exit-Entry Administration officers.
We would like to thank the officers from the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau for their detailed presentation and all attendees for their active engagement. We remain committed to facilitating these vital exchanges to support the international business community.
