Dr. Lin is vice president of Zhonglun W&D. He is also a senior partner at the Shanghai Office of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm and the director of P.C.WOO & Zhonglun W.D. LLP. Dr. Lin is currently a part-time professor at the Second University of Paris, EM LYON Business School, SKEMA Business School, East China University of Political Science and Law and East China Normal University. He was the China representative of the International Young Lawyers Association from 2013 to 2016 and was selected as “China thousands foreign-related lawyers” of Chinese Ministry of Justice.

Dr. Lin is expert in commercial disputes settlement, mergers and acquisitions and other legal fields. He has been providing comprehensive legal services for lots of Fortune Global 500 corporations. Also, Dr. Lin has represented Chinese corporations to complete mergers and acquisitions cases in Europe, USA and Latin America. The cases he participated in involved manufacturing industry, fashion, agriculture, food, fintech, mining and petrochemical, as well as contracting or cooperative development of construction projects. Dr. Lin is capable of providing services for clients in Chinese, English and French proficiently.
