Vincent REMY graduated from Ecole des Mines de Nancy and entered the profession in 1991. He has drafted and defended numerous patent applications in various fields of mechanics and computer science. He participated in litigation cases in France and Germany and is familiar with counterfeiting seizures in France. He has strongly contributed to the development of LLR China by training his French-Chinese team to the qualitative standards expected by European clients. Also familiar with Chinese law and practice, he is deeply involved in advising non Chinese companies wishing to set up or develop their business in China and is involved in the management of counterfeiting litigation in China.
