Course Context 课程介绍

商务英文邮件沟通是职场沟通中最普遍、便捷且成本最低的沟通方式。本课程将主要从邮件的创建、邮件内容的结构、邮件有效沟通方式,以及如何处理一些不同场景的邮件等方面进行讲解。

 

Email communication is the most common, convenient and lowest cost communication method in workplace communication. This training will mainly explain the structure of e-mail content, effective e-mail communication methods, and how to reply in different scenarios.

·  分析商务邮件沟通的结构,具体分析使用场景,典型英文邮件写作案例分析
