The newly amended PRC Company Law will be effective on July 1, 2024. With more than 1/3 of articles are new and revised, it will bring universal impact on all companies in China, including foreign invested companies. In order to make proper and timely adjustment to the company, shareholders and management of companies are advised to know how their rights and obligations are updated, to be familiar with the latest changes of the law, especially about corporate governance, capital contribution, impact on shareholder and management etc. In the event, we will analyze the possible impact of the new PRC Company Law on limited liability companies mainly from the perspective of executives (directors, supervisors, managers, legal representatives) and shareholders respectively.
