When it comes to the HR's "challenge", the "legal documents" related to employee relations must also be regarded as an important one. Notice for employee's entry, renewal, violation of discipline and termination; Modification and cancellation of trainings, labor services, termination of agreement, as well as mediation statement in case of dispute are closely related to the interests of the employee and the organization.

This course will explain the use and writing skills of three key documents: Notice, agreement and mediation.

若说起对HR从业者专业性的“挑战”,与员工关系相关的“法律文书”也必算是一项。员工的入职、续延、违纪、解除通知书,劳资双方签订的变更、培训、劳务、协商解除协议,以及发生争议时的调解书等均与员工和组织利益息息相关,“失之毫厘谬以千里”。

  • HR伙伴对文书内的条款、措辞反复推敲,虽然网上搜索了模版、线下咨询了律师,但仍然感觉不完全适用,或不能系统解决员工“入、在、离”期间的文书撰写和风险防控问题。
