Started career with PwC then moved to Malaysia in early 2011 to head a global finance division for a French MNC, before getting an MBA at Insead. He went back to Malaysia and joined McKinsey. He switched to Lazada (Alibaba Group) in early 2018 before becoming interested in the need for BrioHR in Malaysia, and co-founded BrioHR with Nabil Oudghiri.
