The new waste sorting policy released in July seemed to have fueled a lot of public anxiety among company and individuals in regards with implementation. Is there a way to turn it into your advantage and become a pioneer in this field instead of just undergoing it?

Simple solutions exist, we will go through two examples for implementation in offices or factories.

Ms. Pauline Soudy

Pauline Soudy came to China 3 years ago to assess the local social entrepreneurship ecosystem for a French consulting firm. She stayed in China and co-founded an online platform to empower social and environmental initiatives by promoting their projects, events, and job offers, Feiy. They also conduct educational programs and workshops to encourage people to start sustainable businesses.

Ms. Clotilde Pallier
Senior project manager
Mind Up Consulting

Clotilde Pallier worked as a quality manager for Carrefour for 7 years in Indonesia and later on in China. Aside from quality she handled several sustainable development programs. Particularly interested in impactful projects she decided to join a Social enterprise, Shanghai Yiquan, in 2015. She is now project manager at Mind Up, a consultancy working on both sides of the value chain, procurement & manufacturing, to improve the risk management and leverage better social practices to impact global performance.
