We are pleased to invite you to the Ordinary General Assembly of the members of CCI FRANCE CHINE which will take place on Wednesday, March 29th at 7:00 PM in CCI FRANCE CHINE Offices.

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: General Assembly, Cocktail & Networking

Note: only active members of CCI FRANCE CHINE (companies or individuals) who have paid their 2023 membership fee will have the right to vote at the CCI FRANCE CHINE's A.G.O.

The provinces, autonomous municipalities and autonomous regions that depend on the elections of the CCI FRANCE CHINE - Shanghai are:

Shanghai, Anhui, Chongqing, Hubei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Tibet and Zhejiang.

Voting procedure for active 2023's members*:

Online from March 24th to March 29th 11:59 AM
Physically during the General Assembly which will take place on Wednesday, March 29th from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the offices of the CCI FRANCE CHINE Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai

* In accordance with the statutes of the CCI FRANCE CHINE, only active members 2023 are allowed to vote.

A few days before the General Assembly, you will receive information about the voting procedure.

Proxy Power / Delegation:

If you cannot attend the General Assembly on March 29th, you can :

- Delegate your right to vote to someone working within your company/group who can represent you. In this case, please send us the following document completed:

- Give Proxy to another company/group member of CCI FRANCE CHINE with rights to represent you and vote on your behalf. In this case, please fill in the following document:

Reminder: A company cannot combine more than 3 proxies. Only one vote per province.

Only one vote per company.

Registration
