Introduction
Negotiation workshop course is based on the theoretical framework and teaching format of Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills course (A.N.S.). It aims to help you understand the process that underpins all negotiation, and through face to face, live negotiation practice to help you realize your own negotiation style, practice essential negotiation skills, and enhance negotiation abilities.

- Understand the alternatives to negotiation to resolve conflict
- Prepare effectively for a negotiation
- Structure the opening words of a negotiation
- Conduct an effective negotiating dialogue
- Team roles
- Negotiate a real case live, in teams with filmed with coached debrief
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the core concepts and process of negotiation
- Practice the skills and techniques related to the key stages of the negotiation process
- Use common negotiation language and planning process
- Well prepare the opening of negotiations
- Apply the effective negotiation strategies
- Use negotiation adjournments wisely
- Understand and apply the skills of negotiators in different roles
