CCI France China and Business France work hand in hand to support French companies sending V.I.E talent to China. Business France's mission is to simplify and fast-track project delivery for the international growth of the French economy; on the ground, CCI France China handles the local execution.

Frequently Asked Questions about V.I.E
Between roughly €30,000 and €50,000 per year all-in, depending on the city and the mission. Social security exemptions in France, BPI export loans and regional subsidies can cover a significant share. We help you size the budget before you commit.
No. If you don't have one yet, CCI FRANCE CHINE partners with Business France to host your V.I.E on our payroll, this is called portage VIE. You get the talent on the ground without setting up a local company.
Plan three to six months: time to define the mission with Business France, post the offer on Civiweb, interview candidates, and process the Z visa and work permit, which is heavier in China than in most countries.
Any French or EEA national aged 18 to 28, for a mission of 6 to 24 months, renewable once. Candidates apply directly on mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr; we don't recruit them, we host and support them once your company has selected one.
