Women's Club: Diversity in the Workplace

We have the pleasure to invite Mr. Florian Fêche, China HRD and Asia Pacific HR VP of SAFRAN GROUPS to give a presentation on the best practices of Safran China on diversity in the workplace. 

Acting as one of the leaders in Aerospace, Safran is a highly internationalized group with a global presence of 76,000 employees. Therefore Diversity and inclusion is deeply anchored in Safran corporate culture. The group also pays a lot of attention to the gender equality & diversity, and so far has taken many fruitful actions.
