To strengthen the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic and to ensure the life safety and health of people, the General Office of the State Council and various local governments have issued corresponding documents and regulations on extending the Spring Festival holidays and delaying the resumption of enterprises.

为加强对COVID-19疫情的预防和控制，确保群众的生命安全和健康，国务院办公厅和各地人民政府发布了相应的文件和规定，延长春节假期和推迟了企业的恢复。

On January 26, 2020, the State Council issued the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Extending the Spring Festival Holiday in 2020”, which stipulates that the Spring Festival Holiday shall be extended to February 2, 2020. In addition, local governments in Guangdong have issued relevant policies, requiring enterprises not to resume work earlier than 24:00 on February 9, 2020. Therefore, the period from February 3 to February 9, 2020, is the delayed resumption period.

2020年1月26日，国务院发布了《国务院办公厅关于延长2020年春节假期的通知》，规定将春节放假延长至2020年2月2日。广东省已经出台了相关政策，要求企业不要在2020年2月9日的24:00之前恢复工作。因此，从2020年2月3日到2020年2月9日的时间是延迟恢复工作的时间。
