CCI FRANCE CHINE South China is glad to invite you to its next WEBINAR on the topic:Management of Labor Relations during the Epidemic To strengthen the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic and to ensure the life safety and health of people, the General Office of the State Council and various local governments have issued corresponding documents and regulations on extending the Spring Festival holidays and delaying the resumption of enterprises. 为加强对COVID-19疫情的预防和控制,确保群众的生命安全和健康,国务院办公厅和各地人民政府发布了相应的文件和规定,延长春节假期和推迟了企业的恢复。 On January 26, 2020, the State Council issued the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Extending the Spring Festival Holiday in 2020”, which stipulates that the Spring Festival Holiday shall be extended to February 2, 2020. In addition, local governments in Guangdong have issued relevant policies, requiring enterprises not to resume work earlier than 24:00 on February 9, 2020.
