Based on ISO 26000 standard, This highly interactive 3-hour session uses a hands-on card game co-developed by sustainability experts, academics, and business practitioners. Participants work in small groups to explore 40 interconnected ESG drivers—from climate risk and supply chain ethics to board diversity and just transition—mapping cause-and-effect relationships in real time.

Unlike traditional training, the workshop fosters peer learning, critical thinking, and collective intelligence. It demystifies global standards (like GRI, SASB, and CSRD) while grounding discussions in local relevance—including China’s Green Finance Guidelines, CSRC’s phased approach to ESG reporting, and Shanghai’s roadmap to become an international sustainable finance hub by 2025.
