Participants will gain valuable insights into the basics of Change Management, its theory, background, application and benefits.

Objectives and Content

In the ever-changing world, it is extremely helpful to know Change Management methodology. How to handle major changes best and enable people to adjust to them smoothly? Which new IT system or processes to implement as well as what changes in responsibilities, scope or even strategy are necessary for transformation?

In the training sessions, participants will gain valuable insights into the basics of Change Management, its theory, background, application and benefits. The training consists of two modules that examine the major Change Management practices, ADKAR and CPC Change Management methodology, in detail.  The participants will practice applying the methods and tools in the online sessions as well as their homework.

The goal of the training is to familiarize the participants with the Change Management theory, its application and basic tools. Additionally, the participants discover how to initiate an upcoming change within their organizations. The training is beneficial for anyone who is presented with changes in technology, strategy, leadership, culture, processes, as well as organizational structures.

Target Group

Team Leads, project managers, staff involved in major changes, HR people, managers who have to deal with major changes.
 

Course Outline

Session 1 (July 7, 4 hours, 13:30-17:30):

Intro and overview about Change Management theory, benefits and application
Elements of Change Management to facilitate change successfully 
 
Session 2 (July 9, 4 hours, 13:30-17:30):

Roles in Change Management projects, analysis of stakeholders and development of a network map
Kick-off of a change project and initiate of a change within your organization

Anne is Certified Systemic Business Coach, Scrum Master and PMP (by PMI ©) as well as trainer for Change Management, Project Management and Leadership Development.
