With leadership roles at global giants Kodak, Danone, and Goodyear, Pierre drove industry-wide transformations and operational excellence. As former CEO of China’s Triangle Tyre and a Magnolia Award laureate (Shanghai’s highest foreign honor), he pioneered a dual-track strategy balancing localized modernization with global market penetration. Currently advising multinationals on compliance and governance, he previously chaired Deutsche Bank China’s Audit Committee and serves on boards of Johnson Controls and CEAT, guiding organizations through China’s regulatory and geopolitical complexities.

Mr Gong Bin has practical expertise in strategic organizational design, cross-cultural team activation and global talent development. He deeply served eight sectors including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and finance.
Mr Gong previously served as Asia-Pacific HR Director at Bayer Pharma (Germany), Senior Vice President at Allianz Insurance (Germany), and Vice President at Quintiles Transnational (US) (now IQVIA), driving organizational transformation for multinational corporations like AbbVie and Brilliance BMW.
Mr Gong is an alumnus of University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
