The objectives of First Aid are to save lives, minimize injuries, and improve healing. A First Aid course aims to provide its participants with the skills and techniques to help those who may be injured and require help before first responders arrive.

Target audience 课程受众
First Aid courses are open to all, though it is primarily recommended for those 16 years of age or older. For any individual or organization that is interested in equipping themselves with the knowledge of how to assist in emergency situations or provide care, then this course is for you.

- Seizure 抽搐
- Shock 休克

- Bleeding 出血
- Superficial Wound 表浅伤口
- Puncture Wound 穿刺伤
- Amputation 断肢及残肢
- Nosebleeds 鼻出血
- Mouth Injuries 口腔创伤
- Tooth Injuries 牙齿损伤
- Eye Injuries 眼部创伤
- Internal Bleeding 内出血
- Head and Spinal Injuries 头部及脊柱损伤
- Sparains and Broken Bones 扭伤和骨折
