课程简介 Course Introduction 

目前，温室气体管理师是“双碳”领域最具权威、规范且有效的从业资格。中国认证认可协会（CCAA）已于2024年10月16日发布并实施《温室气体管理师评价规范》，将其纳入认证人员管理体系。

为响应政府号召、助力实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标，必维（Bureau Veritas，简称BV）依托多年“碳服务”领域的国内外专业经验，推出温室气体管理师标准课程，并已完成CCAA温室气体管理师基础知识培训备案（课程备案号：BA2025005）。这意味着在必维完成培训并通过考核的学员，将获得带有CCAA培训编号的培训证书。

本课程以国内外温室气体排放控制与管理标准及实践经验为基础，重点提升企业机构人员实施温室气体控制与管理的能力，帮助其满足国家法规和政策要求。

Greenhouse Gas Manager is the most authoritative qualification in the "Dual Carbon" field. On October 16, 2024, CCAA issued the Evaluation Specification for Greenhouse Gas Managers, bringing them into the certification personnel management system.

To support the "Dual Carbon" goals, Bureau Veritas (BV), with years of carbon service experience, has launched a standardized Greenhouse Gas Manager training program, registered with CCAA (Course No.: BA2025005). Participants who complete the training and pass the assessment will receive a certificate with a CCAA training number.

Based on domestic and international greenhouse gas management standards and practices, the course focuses on enhancing participants' capacity for greenhouse gas control and management in line with national regulations and policies.

• 让学员系统了解温室气体(GHG)管理的背景及要求Help attendants systematically understand the background and requirements of greenhouse gas (GHG) management
   
• 让学员系统掌握核查流程，包括策划、实施、报告及关闭的方法和技能Help attendants systematically master the verification process, including planning, implementation, reporting and closure methods and skills
   
• 让学员系统掌握温室气体排放量计算方法和核查方法及技巧Help attendants systematically master greenhouse gas emission calculation methods and verification methods and skills
