课程背景 Background

如何应对气候变化、有效管理温室气体减排、实现可持续发展已被确定为未来全球各界所面临的巨大挑战。中国政府向世界宣告2020 年中国单位GDP 二氧化碳排放比2005 年下降40%至45%， “十二五”在规划当中明确了单位GDP 二氧化碳排放降低17%的目标，“十四五”也明确宣示中国要在2030年达到碳峰值，2060年达到碳中和。为积极响应政府号召，助力实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标，必维（Bureau Veritas，简称BV）凭借多年在“碳服务”领域积累的国内外专业经验和能力，推出温室气体核查系列标准课程。

To effectively manage GHG emission reduction and achieve sustainable development have been identified as challenges facing all sectors of the world in the future.  Chinese government has announced to the world that by 2020, China's carbon dioxide emission per unit of GDP has been reduced by 40% to 45% compared with 2005. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, China has set a target of reducing carbon dioxide emission per unit of GDP by 17%. The 14th Five-year Plan also explicitly stated that China will achieve Carbon Peak by 2030 and Carbon Neutral by 2060. Therefore, companies in different industries are striving to take actions to reduce carbon emission and meet requirements of Chinese government. Bureau Veritas has launched a series of international standard courses on GHG verification based on its multiple years experiences and expertise in carbon services.
