在不断发展变化的政府监管环境中,专业运作的政府关系和问题管理是企业稳健成长的关键助力之一。此次课程旨在从跨国企业工作风格的角度展开培训,帮助政府事务从业者更好地管理和维护与政府部门的关系,更系统地构建专业的工作体系,有效地建立与利益相关方的沟通机制,还将特别关注于如何在在掌握重点工作原则的基础上,系统应对与政府事务相关的危机事件和现场查访,并分享相关经验和案例,以期在双赢的解决方案基础上,建立长期合作。
 

In a constantly evolving government regulatory environment, professionally managed government relations and issue management are among the key drivers of steady corporate growth. Drawing on the working practices of multinational companies, this course helps government affairs practitioners manage and maintain relationships with government departments more effectively, build a more systematic professional framework, and establish sound communication mechanisms with stakeholders. It also focuses on how to address government-affairs-related crises and on-site inspections systematically, grounded in a firm grasp of core working principles, and shares relevant experience and case studies with a view to building long-term cooperation on the basis of win-win solutions.
