随着对可持续发展重要性的提高，全球的森林问题越发突出。在此背景下，欧盟正式发布欧盟零毁林法案——Regulation (EU) 2023/1115（EU Deforestation-free Regulation，简称EUDR），并于2023年6月29日生效，其过渡期将持续至2025年12月30日。欧盟零毁林法案(EUDR)旨在通过贸易限制防止农业扩张导致的毁林，保护生态系统，禁止销售与毁林相关的产品，鼓励“零毁林”产品贸易，以应对环境挑战。法案要求供应链成员使用认证计划评估风险，非中小企业需尽职调查并承担违规责任。对此，必维特举办本次培训为有需要的企业提供了应对解读思路和方案。

Global forest issues have become more prominent with the increasing importance of sustainable development. In this context, the EU officially issued the EU Deforestation Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR), which will enter into force on June 29, 2023. Its transition period will last until December 30, 2025. The EUDR aims to prevent deforestation caused by agricultural expansion through trade restrictions, protect ecosystems, ban the sale of products related to deforestation, and encourage trade in "zero deforestation" products to address environmental challenges. The bill requires supply chain members to use certification programs to assess risks, and non-small and medium-sized enterprises are required to conduct due diligence and bear responsibility for violations. In this regard, Bureau Veritas held this training to provide companies in need with coping ideas and solutions.
