BEIJING Event report
Workplace Hidden Health Cost & Executive Well-Being

On June 17, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE, in collaboration with United Family Healthcare, hosted the in-person event “Workplace Hidden Health Costs & Executive Well-Being” at Beijing United Family Dongcheng Hospital, bringing together HR professionals, business leaders, and executives concerned with workplace health and long-term performance.
Led by Dr. Xinyan Qin, Chief Physician at Beijing United Family Hospital, and Professor Hongbing Yan, Senior Cardiology Expert at the same institution, the session provided an in-depth analysis of the often underestimated health impacts of modern work environments. By combining clinical expertise with real-world corporate challenges, the event highlighted the growing importance of preventive and data-driven approaches to executive health.
The discussion was structured around three key takeaways:
🔹 Clinical perspective on workplace health dynamics: Dr. Qin emphasized how prolonged sedentary behavior, repetitive musculoskeletal strain, and chronic stress can gradually impact physical well-being, mobility, and overall workplace performance.
🔹 Cardiovascular and systemic risk management: Professor Yan highlighted the link between high-pressure work environments and increased exposure to cardiovascular risks, stressing the importance of early screening and structured preventive measures for executives.
🔹 Preventive executive health and organizational responsibility: The session underlined how preventive health initiatives can be integrated into HR strategies to strengthen resilience, improve productivity, and support the long-term sustainability of organizations.
We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Xinyan Qin and Professor Hongbing Yan for their expertise, to United Family Healthcare for hosting and partnering in this event at its Dongcheng site, and to all participants for their engagement, insightful questions, and active contributions throughout the session.
