V.I.E Program : Boost your international team with new talent !
On June 23rd, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE hosted a conference dedicated to the V.I.E (International Corporate Volunteer Program), bringing together companies, HR professionals and former participants to explore how the program can support international development and talent acquisition.
The session provided practical insights into the benefits of the V.I.E program, which enables French companies to deploy young professionals abroad while benefiting from a simplified administrative framework and a flexible solution to support their international growth.
The agenda covered the following key topics:

• Latest Chinese visa policies and practical application guidance
• Best practices for successful implementation and talent management

• Experience sharing and career development perspectives from a former V.I.E participant
