The firm is coopting Jenny Cao as a partner, in order to further reinforce the development of its Mergers & Acquisition and international investment activities, alongside Zhen Huang, head of the Chinese office since 2012.

She becomes the second partner in the Shanghai office, alongside Zhen Huang. Under their supervision, a team of about ten Asian and European associates and lawyers provides a range of legal services in all areas of corporate law in China, both in advisory and litigation.
Jenny Cao, who has been working in the Shanghai office since 2008 as Counsel, assists clients in the areas of foreign investment in China, mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law. She specializes in legal research, strategic planning and tailoring advice to clients' needs.
