HR committee: AI for HR and HR for AI – what must change in the post-AI era? HR training: Empowering Knowledge Workers with AI

On March 26th, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE hosted a full-day HR event at its Guangzhou office, bringing together HR professionals from member companies to explore the impact of AI on HR practices. Both sessions were led by Mr. Stéphane Monsallier, Founder and CEO of System in Motion.

The morning HR Committee, “AI for HR and HR for AI – what must change in the post-AI era?”, highlighted how AI can enhance efficiency, reduce bias, and strengthen employee engagement, while emphasizing HR’s critical role in supporting AI-driven organizational transformation. The session concluded with an interactive roundtable, where participants exchanged practical insights on integrating AI into daily HR operations.

In the afternoon, the training session “Empowering Knowledge Workers with AI – AI in Recruitment for Hotel HR” focused on concrete applications across the recruitment lifecycle in the hotel industry, including role design and sourcing, screening and shortlisting, as well as candidate communication and interviewing.
