High-Performance Communication: Forging Exceptional Team Execution
On January 21, 2026, CCI FRANCE CHINE hosted the training session “High-Performance Communication: Forging Exceptional Team Execution." The training aimed at equipping managers with the skills needed to drive team success through communication. Participants learned how to inspire employee growth, overcome obstacles, and clarify goals through listening and questioning. By mastering these key communication techniques, managers can forge stronger teams with outstanding execution capabilities.
The agenda covered the following critical topics:
- The 5 Core Tasks of Leaders: Understanding the key responsibilities that drive team success.
- The Difference Between Traditional and High-Performance Communication: Exploring the key distinctions between regular communication and the powerful techniques of high-performance communication.
- Active Listening and Powerful Questioning: Developing essential skills, including the three levels of active listening and five powerful questioning methods.
- 6 Steps of High-Performance Communication: A practical framework for achieving communication excellence.
- The Power of High-Performance Communication: Experiencing firsthand how these methods can enhance team dynamics and execution.
The session also included an engaging post-course assignment where participants were encouraged to form small groups to practice these skills and conduct a high-performance communication session with their employees. An online follow-up sharing session will take place in March to further deepen the learnings.
