Employee Performance Review and Setting meaningful objectives



Before doing the performance review, it’s important that managers have already set up goals to their employees. Indeed, performance reviews are valuable for both the employee and the employer. It’s a chance for managers to give praise for exceptional work and guidance for any shortcomings. Managers and supervisors should take this opportunity to have an open discussion about the future for the company and the potential employee growth.

Over the years of discussion with the HR departments of the organization , I came to realize that ; setting up the KPI ‘s and delivering the face to face evaluation is a huge challenge for all people involved be it departments heads , senior managers , HR , those who receive the evaluation and those who give the evaluation.

  • How to come up with the fair distribution of a “financial figure” based on the importance of the KPI
