Introduction
T-mall, Xiaohongshu, Pinduoduo – those are some of the banner names dominating the charts for Chinese consumers. But the real action is in B2B, far outpacing consumer retail in revenue and market scale. Concepts that drive B2C online commerce, such as hyper-customization, advanced logistics, and data-driven marketing are even more critical in the B2B space, where complexity and scale bring unique challenges.
Join this seminar to explore the key legal frameworks, compliance obligations, and strategic considerations for businesses operating or entering the B2B e-commerce arena.
