Votre profil

Vous ne parlez pas ou peu chinois ? Vous êtes gêné par les problèmes de communication dans votre vie quotidienne ? Vous voulez être plus autonome et pouvoir vous exprimer plus librement ? Vous souhaitez étudier en petit groupe pour renforcer votre motivation? Nos cours de chinois mandarin sont pour vous !

Quel que soit votre niveau, la CCIFC Canton vous propose des cours de chinois de communication orale, d’apprentissage du pinyin en petits groupes. L’apprentissage des caractères chinois se fera sur demande des membres du groupe. Ces cours interactifs évolueront en fonction de vos attentes et de vos besoins.

Professeur

Une formatrice Chinoise FRANCOPHONE compétente et expérimentée (plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'enseignement du chinois et de collaboration avec la CCIFC Canton) vous accompagnera pas à pas lors de votre découverte ou de votre perfectionnement de la langue chinoise.

2h le soir en semaine. Groupes à constituer en fonction des niveaux.
Démarrage des cours la semaine du 27 Février 2012. Pas de cours pendant les congés officiels chinois. Dernier cours fin Juin 2012.

1. Les professeurs peuvent modifier la date d'une session sur demande, en accord avec les membres du groupe et de la CCIFC et sous réserve de leurs disponibilités. 2. Tous cours manqués par un participant ne sera ni remboursé ni rattrapé ulterieurement. En outre, le cours peut être rattrapé par le participant avec le professeur en le rémunérant sur la base de son tarif public. 3. Il est possible de changer de niveau en cours de semestre sous réserve d'un test de niveau avec le professeur concerné. 4. Les conjoints des membres CCIFC bénéficient du tarif membre. 5. New Tax Administration Era in China

Tax Compliance: New Tax Administration Era in China

The robust Tax Risk Control put in place will make good business sense. It will limit the risk of unwelcome 'surprises' to management, and enterprises financial statements will have greater certainty in terms of material tax risks and liabilities. The SAT issued Guidance on Tax Risk Management of Large enterprises in May 2009, Guoshuifa No. 90. Following the circular, the SAT released Measures of Taxation Service and Administration for Larger Enterprise, Guoshuifa No. 71 in 2011, which heralds a new era in the relationship and management of taxes in China, built on the concept of mutual trust between business taxpayers and tax officials, under the framework of Tax Compliance Agreements (TCAs). Today KPMG will discuss with you how this new treaty helps large enterprises in dealing with tax authorities.

About the speakers:
Tracy Zhang is a PRC regulatory and tax expert on China investment related issues. Tracy joined KPMG Beijing office in 1996. She also worked with International Corporate Tax practice in KPMG New York and Financial Service practice in KPMG London respectively. She has also been involved in developing structures for foreign investor’s investments into China, tax due diligences reviews in connection with M&A transactions and advising on cross border transactions.

Lachlan Wolfers is leader of KPMG’s Centre of Excellence for Indirect Taxes in China (based in Shanghai) since 2011, and prior to that, he was the leader of KPMG’s Indirect Taxes and Tax Controversy practices in Australia. Lachlan has managed a substantial tax litigation practice, including conducting the first substantive GST case in Australia. In his current role, Lachlan is also very involved in advising clients in China in relation to Tax Compliance Agreements and similar administrative measures.

Gilles was previously Worldwide Managing Director of ubi.com, Ubisoft’s online division, responsible for the group’s online strategy and businesses. Ubisoft built its success on a strategy of internal industrial high-quality / low-cost production studios. Gilles played a key role in this strategy by setting-up and managing the group’s studios in Shanghai and Beijing from 1997 to 2000. Gilles entered the gaming industry in 1995 as a Producer, after working 3 years in retailing and management consulting. Educated in France and the UK, he holds a Masters degree in business from HEC.
	Marc Violo A French native with an international background, he has been based in China for 5 years. He speaks French, English, Mandarin and has lived in Germany, the United States, France and India. Very enthusiastic about global environments and new technologies, he holds a bachelor degree in Marketing from IESEG and a master in International Business from IMI in New Delhi. He focuses on exploring emerging markets and their adoption of e-commerce, social and mobile Internet technology. He joined an australian consultancy company in Shanghai before joining Tencent in 2009, leading chinese teams on various social media, gaming and mobile projects.

The French Chamber of Commerce and the China Institute are delighted to invite you to a breakfast conference on the topic:

Facing the Chinese media: communication strategies for companies

The CCIFC is happy to organize a discussion breakfast with the China Institute. It will be dedicated to the interaction between the Chinese media and companies. What are the best ways to react when asked by the media for some information? How to be pro-active and take the best from media coverage?

Two experienced consultants will make presentations about this topic. Olivier Ruelle is French and has been living in China since 1997. He is currently working as a PR consultant for Ruder Finn. William Zhang is a Chinese media consultant for 9-Power Media & Communications. Both of them know the Chinese media from the inside since Mr. Ruelle has worked for CCTV and Mr. Zhang for Xinhua. It allows them to provide invaluable insights.

The China Institute (www.china-institute.org) is a think tank that focuses on the relationship between France and China and will co-organize the first Sino-French Media Forum in Beijing (February 13th), which will be attended by the most important French media CEOs, their Chinese counterparts and H.E.Ms. Sylvie Bermann, Ambassador of France to China.

Une Vie Chinoise est une œuvre autobiographique de Bande Dessinée qui relate l’existence d’un artiste communiste chinois, de sa naissance à Kunming dans les années Mao jusqu’à aujourd’hui. L’Histoire contemporaine chinoise est retracée en toute simplicité, via un témoignage à hauteur d’homme bénéficiant d’un double éclairage : celui du dessinateur, LI Kunwu, membre du parti et dont la propagande est le métier ; celui, différent, complémentaire, du coscénariste français, Philippe Otié.

Ce dernier présentera dans cette conférence quel a été le processus de création entre ces deux auteurs que tout séparait et comment ils en ont fait leur force, leur marque de fabrique, qui permet aujourd’hui à leur œuvre d’être éditée en plusieurs langues étrangères.
Il s’agit de la première BD chinoise à obtenir une reconnaissance internationale des professionnels et du public : le tome 2 a été désigné bande dessinée historique de l’année 2010 lors des Rendez-Vous de l’Histoire de Blois, principale manifestation annuelle du monde de l’histoire en France et a obtenu le Prix du Public (Prix Ouest France) de Quai des Bulles à Saint Malo, second plus grand salon français de BD après Angoulême, où le tome 1 a également été nominé. La série est en cours de traduction en Chinois.

Intervenant:
(Droit: Li Kunwu, le dessinateur / coscénariste de Une Vie Chinoise)	P Otié est le pseudonyme de Philippe Autier. Né à Périgueux durant l’été 1964. Il a presque constamment vécu à l’étranger depuis son entrée dans la vie active. D’abord en Amérique du Sud, puis, depuis 1994, en Extrême-Orient (Taipei, Pékin, HoChiMinh Ville, Wuhan). Depuis 2008, il est directeur du bureau de Wuhan de la Mission Economique Ubifrance en Chine, et scénariste de BD à ses heures perdues. Le projet Une Vie Chinoise (700 pages en 3 tomes) a été créé entre 2005 et 2010.

Mr Zhen joined BNP in April 2011, and is responsible for promoting BNP Paribas cash management capabilities to corporate clients - multinational corporate as well as local Chinese corporate. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, he worked in financial institutions such as China Construction Banks, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 19 years and took management roles in varies capacities in relationship management, product sales as well as product management.

	Mr Simon LEE, Senior Vice President and Supply Chain Management (SCM) specialist at BNP Paribas China. Mr Lee he has over ten years of banking and corporate treasury experience in the U.S. and China. In his current role, Simon is responsible for structuring the bank’s SCM solutions, which primarily includes working capital enhancement structures on and offshore. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Simon was Treasury Director at Suntech Power Holdings, a NYSE listed solar energy solutions provider and manufacturer of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Before that, he spent eight years with ABN AMRO Bank; as Analyst, then Relationship Manager in Detroit and Chicago, and then Vice President with ABN AMRO Bank Shanghai branch where he worked with U.S. and automotive MNCs. Simon who is Singaporean, received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Coordinators :
	Mr Yit Loong TAN is the Head of International Corporate Department at Bank of Nanjing, the strategic Chinese bank partner of the BNP Paribas Group. He is a BNP Paribas seconded staff to Bank of Nanjing, and is responsible for developing the Foreign Invested Entreprise client segment in Bank of Nanjing, in partnership with the BNP Paribas Group. Yit Loong is a Singaporean and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Honors Degree in Business Administration. He has more than 10 years of Corporate Banking experience and has spent the last 9 years working in China with different foreign banks. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and other southern Chinese dialects such as the Cantonese and Min-nan dialects.

	Mr Hoang DANG is the General Manager of Pramex International for Greater China. He has a diversified background in both finance and consulting, at Natexis Banques Populaire (Securitization Group) and at the Investment Banking Division of JPMorgan where he advised companies on M&A, IPOs and LBOs transactions. In addition, he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. At Pramex International, Hoang has advised European companies on their development strategies in China through Greenfield projects, JV structuring and M&A. He has also helped clients optimize their local funding. Hoang holds a Master of Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique, a Master of Statistics and Economics from the ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique) and an MBA from the Columbia Business School (New York).

LES STRUCTURES CONJOINTES FRANCO-CHINOISES DE RECHERCHE

Pour sa dernière réunion en 2011, le groupe de travail R&D revient sur la convention des structures publiques conjointes franco-chinoises de recherche qui a eu lieu les 28 et 29 novembre 2011 à l'Ambassade de France à Pékin. Cet événement aura permis d'identifier et de rencontrer l'ensemble de ces structures, au nombre de 34, sur tout le territoire chinois. En parallèle, une consultation a été entreprise par le service scientifique de l'ambassade pour identifier de la même manière les acteurs privés de la recherche franco-chinoise en ciblant les entreprises françaises ayant des activités de R&D. Cette réunion sera donc l'occasion de vous présenter ces structures et de réfléchir ensemble aux possibilités de coopération entre centres privés et plateformes publiques.

Les intervenants de cette réunion seront M. Philippe ARNAUD, attaché scientifique à l'Ambassade, qui présentera une vue d'ensemble des plateformes publiques, et M. Floryan DECAMPO, directeur français du laboratoire E2P2 à Shanghai. Ce laboratoire a la particularité d'être la première unité mixte internationale (UMI) du CNRS en Chine, et de regrouper tant des acteurs publics (CNRS, ENS de Lyon, East China Normal University de Shanghai) que privés (Rhodia). M. DECAMPO pourra donc partager les enjeux d'une telle unité et la manière dont Rhodia a pris part à cette collaboration.

Les intervenants sont par ailleurs invités à réfléchir à des thèmes qu'ils souhaiteraient voir abordés dans le cadre du groupe de travail en 2012. Une concertation sera réalisée en fin de séance.

Visite du Centre de Valorisation Energétique de Likeng

Samedi 3 Décembre, 2011, 08h30 -12h45

Le Centre de Valorisation Energétique (CVE) de Likeng se situe au nord de Guangzhou dans le district de Baiyun. Il a été construit en 2004-2005 pour le service des déchets urbains de la ville de Guangzhou qui en est le propriétaire. La société « VEOLIA Environmental services » a été choisie pour l’exploitation et la maintenance du site en janvier 2006 pour une période de 10 ans.

Le CVE présente trois fonctions essentielles :

• Incinération des déchets ménagers (OM) : environ 335 000 tonnes d’OM par an. Soit 10% de la production annuelle de cette ville.

• Traitement des fumées : elles sont neutralisées, filtrées et épurées dans divers appareillages. Ceux-ci baissent les taux de rejets en cheminées à des valeurs inferieures aux normes acceptées en Chine.

• Récupération de l’énergie électrique qui est revendue à (EDF Chine) sur le réseau 10000V : environ 113000 MWh vendus par an, soit la consommation annuelle de 100000 foyers.

Among other topics, the former deputy director general of the Shanghai Customs and the former vice-president of the Intermediate Court will reflect upon their years of experience to provide you with insight on some precautions you may take or problems you may have while you are operating your business in China.

After Mr. GU and Mr. SHEN share their wealth of knowledge, the audience is invited to attend a special face-to-face session where attendees will be given an opportunity to ask questions regarding troubling issues they have faced during the course of business in China. After considering the degree of expertise Mr. GU and Mr. SHEN have, we anticipate that the Q&A session will be a highlight of the evening.
Four specialists from Zhong Lun Law Firm, will share with you their extensive experience in tax, commercial risk, litigation and trade.

As legal practitioners, they will give an analysis and practical advice on:

- The impact of possible changes to trade policy and EU-China trade, (by Mr. Liwei SONG)

Speakers :
	Mr. GU Baichuan served successively as the Section Chief of the Shanghai Customs and as a Commissioner of the Airport, Post Office and Bonded Zone Customs offices. He also served as a Chief at the Bureau of Investigations and as an Inspector at the Shanghai Customs. Mr. Gu is also the Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Customs Brokers Association as of April 2011. Mr. Gu has an extensive theoretical basis, a wide variety of practical experience and has been commended for his work. For example, he leads the customs department at the Shanghai Post Customs Office and this office has been named as an “Outstanding Customs Unit” by the General Administration of Customs.

	Mr. SHEN Xiaohua, Former Vice-President of the Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court Mr. SHEN has worked in the Shanghai Intermediate People's Court, Shanghai High People's Court and the Supreme People’s Court for almost thirty years. He has served as a judge, leader of the judge panel, a dispute chief judge and was nominated as the Vice President of Shanghai Intermediate People's Court in 2002. Mr. SHEN has also worked in the Shanghai Politics and Law Commission, the Shanghai Government Planning Commission and he concurrently acts as an arbitrator for the CCPIT. He is also a visiting professor in the Shanghai Prosecutor College and a visiting research fellow in Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.

	Mr. Liwei SONG, Partner Zhong Lun Law Firm Mr. SONG is a French-speaking lawyer who received education both in China (University of Finances and Economy of North-East) and in France (Université de Paris I). Admitted to the Paris Bar, he, before joining in Zhonglun Law Firm, practiced as Avocat à la Cour in two well-known international and one Chinese law firms in Paris, Brussels, Beijing and Shanghai for eighteen years. As an expert in international trade, his main practice covers anti-dumping investigations, customs, WTO related issues, commercial litigation, foreign investment, outbound M&A, anti-monopoly, etc. His clients consist of both Chinese and foreign-owned corporations in China and abroad in various sectors.

	Mrs. Jill LEE, Partner Zhong Lun Law Firm Ms. Lee is a Partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai. She became a member of the PRC Bar in 1994 and has several years of working experience as a Partner and Senior PRC lawyer at Concord & Partners, Allens Arthur Robinson and other well-know international and Chinese law firms. Ms. Lee has extensive experience inforeign direct investment, M&A, corporate, employment and anti-bribery law, dispute resolution and offering general legal advice to a variety of businesses in the PRC. 	Mr. Tao XUE, Partner Zhong Lun Law Firm Mr. XUE obtained his master’s degree in University of Michigan School of Law and has been working in several leading Australian, American and Chinese law firms (including Blake Dawson, Bryan Cave LLP and Jun He Law firms) for over ten years. He specializes in general corporate and tax laws, as well as M&A and real estate transactions. He has acted for a large number of multinational companies as well as small and mid-sized foreign companies across a wide range of industries - including manufacturing, banking, aviation, resources and real property investment, etc.

	Mr. Ricky LUO, Partner Zhong Lun Law Firm Mr. LUO received his education at Fudan University and Trinity College and obtained degrees in law and economics. Dr. Ghislaine Bouillet-Cordonnier, founder of Albatross Foundation, holds a Ph. D in Corporate Finance, a Master’s of Law from Harvard and is an attorney in New York and Paris. Based in Shanghai, she was for several years SVP, General Counsel & CSR representative for an international group involved in biogas projects. She was formerly advisor for UNESCO in Cambodia and was coauthor of a Treaty on Environmental Law. She produced the Albatross children’s book collection on Life Environment (in Chinese, French, and English) launched at Expo 2010 in China. She has adopted 4 (great) children.

	Frédérik CORNU After having worked in Egypt, UK, Japan, France, UAE and Iran, Frederik has been working in China since 2000 for Degremont (SUEZ Environment) and then for SOGREAH, a French engineering and consultancy group, notably on urban environmental projects financed by the World Bank. He occupied different positions such as Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader and Deputy General Manager. In 2006, Frédérik became the Business Development Director of Bureau Veritas (China), Industry and Facilities Division.
