This course will get hiring managers, recruiters and every member of the interviewing team up-to-speed on how to interview and recruit top talent.
It starts by understanding real job needs. This workshop is taught with PowerPoint Presentation, modeling by the instructor, and practice breakout activity. Participants will recognize that many of the techniques are part of their current practice. With that recognition and the training, they will be able to begin using the techniques with more effectiveness and some added reliability to the model.
