Study on the good practices in Incorporating People with Disabilities in the Workplace
With the support of Handicap International, CCIFC and the French Embassy, the Chinese NGO “Enable Disability Studies Institute” proposes to conduct a study on good practices in incorporating people with disabilities in the workplace, among 5 selected French companies.
This study will aim at identifying the good practices, as well as to assess the incentives and disincentives for the employment of people with disabilities in the business sector. The purpose will be eventually to make recommendations for promoting the inclusive employment of people with disabilities in China.
