Since July 2010, he is based in Shanghai and in charge of the Asia Pacific operations. The Ip-label.Newtest group markets Internet and Intranet monitoring services and performance auditing solutions from the end-user point of view for websites, business applications, Voice & Telephone over IP, IPTV & Video on Demand, Mobile applications.

Bin LIU a obtenu deux Master en Gestion d’entreprise et Informatique. Il a été président de l'association des étudiants chinois d'Amiens pendant la période de l’année 2003-2004. Disposant de 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie et conseil dans le domaine d’informatique, il est actuellement Asia Hub CTO & Greater China IT Director de Lagardere Active, basé à Shanghai.
