Ce groupe de travail a pour vocation de faire partager des expériences, d’échanger des informations et d’apporter des réponses concrètes aux questions de ressources Humaines posées par les entreprises.

Il a pour finalité d’être un lieu de ressources et d’organisation des informations, un lieu de capitalisation des expériences, un vecteur d’aide à la communication à destination des entreprises étrangères établies en Chine.

Partner, LI Hua holds a degree in law and economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and an honours degree from the National School of Administration (ENA) in Paris. She worked at the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) in Beijing before becoming the Vice Director of Foreign Trade at the former State Commission for Economy and Trade. She joined GLN’s Beijing office in 1999. Her main areas of practice are foreign investment law, commercial law, anti-monopoly law and labour law. In close cooperation with GLN’s Brussels office she has acquired valuable experience in WTO-related legal issues and anti-dumping procedures.

Martin LEYS, has been working for Electricité de France (EDF) for the past 25 years, mostly in Communication and HR fields. He joined Asia Pacific Direction in 2008 as a Vice President and HR & Corporate Director (1000 employees in China, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Japan), accompanying the EDF strategy in Asia (building 3rd generation nuclear reactor, developing thermal, hydro and renewable power including the best Chinese available technologies, etc.) Previously, he was an Executive Director of Communication, then a senior advisor for Francois Roussely, former President of EDF. During this working period, he has been involved in EDF pension reform as well as in the preparation of Initial Public Offer of EDF. Recently, when EDF prepared the opening of French electricity market, he was HR & Change of management Director of EDF Commercial Branch (9000 employees) in France. Martin LEYS graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, majoring in economics and finance.
