HR Working Group 2008/09

The CCIFC HR working group has for mission that all participants share on experience and data and to open discussion on the topic introduced.


Objectives shared by CCIFC HR Working Group 2008/09
Sharing practical experiences with collaborators (GM SME’s, HR director, etc.)
Advising on internal HR strategy
Informing on the chinese HR environment
Informing on labour laws and their implementation

Methodology
1 to 2 speakers will produce a presentation on the topic (please refer to the agenda below), different speaker for each session
Attendance : 15 persons, small group to be maintained
Annual agenda 2008/09: 1 meeting every 2 months (1 in September (implementation), 1 in November (Topic I), 1 in January (Topic II), 1 in March (Topic III), 1 in May (Topic IV), 1 in June / July (Topic V))

- Any presentation produced by the speakers
- The HR Working Group participants and CCIFC consent to keep private any datas the CCIFC HR Working Group do not whish to share publicly. Report of general datas of the meeting to be online posted on CCIFC website and shared with the French Chamber in Hong Kong (only general datas allowed by the CCIFC HR Working Group to be public).
- The speakers are allowed to invite professionals as speaker for once or other professional to attend the session.
- The speakers are invited to send to the group questionnaires in order to prepare their speech in advance.
