Aujourd'hui, nous savons tous que l'Internet chinois est le plus grand du monde : par la dimension de son réseau ou encore par le nombre de ses utilisateurs.
Pourtant, au delà de ces clichés, qu'en savons-nous vraiment ? Et comment intégrer l'Internet dans une stratégie de développement business en Chine aujourd'hui ?
- En effet, les questions qui se posent sont multiples :
- Comment est organisé l'Internet chinois ?
- Qui sont les internautes chinois ?
- D'où se connectent-ils ?
- Pour quoi faire ?
- A quelle fréquence ?
- Quels sont les acteurs leaders des services en ligne en Chine ?
- Quelle est leur activité ?
- Leur performance ?
- L'e-commerce existe-t-il vraiment ?
- Quelle est son ampleur et ses perspectives ?
- Quels sont les derniers chiffres, les dernières pratiques et les dernières tendances du marché ?
- Quid de la convergence Internet/mobile ?
Pour répondre à ces questions, nous aurons le plaisir d'accueillir Patrice Nordey, Directeur Général Asie de L'Atelier, le Centre d'Innovation Technologique du groupe BNP Paribas. Il nous dressera non seulement un portrait de l'Internet chinois, mais nous donnera également des clés pour mieux appréhender les opportunités existantes pour les entreprises dans le cadre de leur stratégie de développement en Chine.

Currently, the Chinese internet is the largest in the world, in terms of network size and in term of users.
And yet, apart from these clichés, what do we really know about it? How can the internet be integrated into a strategy of business development in China today?
- In fact, several questions remain to be answered:
- How is the internet organized in China?
- What are the profiles of Chinese internet users?
- Where do they log from?
- In order to do what?
- How often?
- Who are the leading players in online services in China?
- What business are they in?
- How well do they perform?
- Does e-commerce really exist?
- How large the market is, and what is its outlook?
- What are the market's up-to-the-minute figures, latest practices and most recent trends?
- Where do we stand on the internet/mobile convergence?
For an expert's answers to these questions, it is our pleasure to welcome Patrice Nordey, General Manager Asia of L'Atelier ("The Workshop") of the group BNP Paribas's Technological Innovation Center. He will not only draw us a picture of the Chinese internet, but also provide tips to better understand the available opportunities for companies within their development framework and strategy in China.

Patrice Nordey is the Managing Director of L'Atelier in Asia. He lives and works in Shanghai, China. Economist graduated from Sciences-Po Paris, he is the co-founder of Neteconomie.com in 1998, wich now belongs to M6 Group since 2008. After few years specialized on knowledge management and e-business consulting fields, he joined BNP Paribas Group in 2002. In 2005, Mr Nordey launched the technological watch department of L'Atelier covering China, Japan and Korean markets. He setup this "Asian division" in Shanghai in 2007. |

With over 17 years experience in information technologies consulting and team management in highly technical projects in the United States, South America, France and now in China, Axel Douchin and his team, provide various IT consulting services to companies moving or already established in China: from auditing work processes when choosing or improving an existing ERP, project management, process design and secured network structuring, to software solution consulting and technical trainings. |
