Speaker :

Shi Min is the deputy chief of international cooperation division of SEPB. The office is mainly engaged in international cooperation on environment in Shanghai. Shi Min is mostly involved in the project development,management and coordination on project with various international partners.

Frederik CORNU

After having worked in Egypt, UK, Japan, France, UAE and Iran, Frederik has been working in China since 2000 for Degremont (SUEZ Environment) and then for SOGREAH, a French engineering and consultancy group, notably on urban environmental projects financed by the World Bank. He occupied different positions such as Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader and Deputy General Manager.
In 2006, Frederik became the Business Development Director of Bureau Veritas (China), Industry and Facilities Division.
Frederik obtained a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the ESTP-Cachan (France), a Master in Structural and Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool (England) and an Executive MBA from CEIBS (China).

   

Olivier DUBUIS

Olivier Dubuis was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996. He holds a LLM in International Private Law, a LLM in Business Law and a LLB in General Private Law. He is practicing in Shanghai since 1998 and is now a Partner in charge of UGGC Shanghai office. He has been an elected member of the French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in China for five years.
Areas of expertise: Foreign Investments, Environment law, Distribution, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Litigation and international arbitration.

   

Stéphane GASNE

Stéphane is a member of the Paris Bar, a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and he holds postgraduate degrees in international and public law.
Prior to joining the Gide Loyrette Nouel Shanghai office, he worked with the Paris office public and environmental law department. Working in China since 2004, he focused his practice on the construction, real estate and HSE issues in relation to Chinese project financing and foreign direct investment, and now follows closely the implementation of CDM projects.
