Lea Gebhardt is a Tax Manager of the European Tax Desk of PwC China, based in Beijing. She is actively involved in tax and business advisory for multinational companies as well as SMEs, e.g. establishment of companies, corporate restructuring and international tax planning with respect to Asian and European tax and legal systems. Before joining PwC Beijing office, Lea was a Manager in the Corporate Tax practice in Düsseldorf, Germany.
She has 5-year professional experience on serving and advising European, Chinese and Japanese clients in German corporate tax compliance, cross-border restructuring as well as in German VAT and TP matters. She is a regular speaker on China related tax issues in Germany and has published numerous professional articles.
