ITT- Infrastructures Working Group, Friday March 13th
The ITT-Infrastructures Working Group of the French Chamber of Commerce in China is pleased to invite you to the next meeting on the topic:
Infrastructure projects in China: the legal perspective
A Seminar presented by
Grégoire Lemiesle, member of the Paris Bar, Gide Loyrette Nouel Beijing

Ximena Vasquez-Maignan, Lawyer, Gide Loyrette Nouel Beijing
From tenders to contract awards, European companies must adapt their structure to the Chinese environment, and find the right way of becoming local, through appropriate partnership, licenses, joint-ventures. Today’s breakfast talk will address this topic with a legal approach, based on the experience of Ms Vasquez-Maignan and M. Lemiesle, lawyers with Gide, and illustrated by examples from French companies.
These interventions will be completed by participants' testimonies, especially TOTAL's experience ( Hubert Charbonneau) and EADS's ( Alain Ruinet).

Grégoire Lemiesle is a member of the Paris Bar. He holds a joint degree (English LL.B and French master) in English and French law from King’s College London and the University of Paris I, as well as a post graduate degree (DEA) in English and North American business law from the University of Paris I.
