The Lean methodology has been adopted by many companies and allows them to drastically improve their efficiency. But it is much more than a tool box. Managers and Lean Experts have to master not only the knowledge but overall the implementation methodologies to get all the advantages that Lean brings. They also have many obstacles to work around.

After a quick review of what Lean is and why it is so powerful, Etienne PERIN, (click here to read his bio) expert in Lean Management and co-founder of the LeanPerf Company, will characterize the main obstacles and explain how to get around them. It will also be an opportunity to discuss and ask questions about the uses of Lean.
