What will you learn?
Within the 2-day program you will learn:
- General process of the sourcing in China: Identification, RFI, RFQ, pre-audit, negotiation, associated with special cultural background and operational tools/templates which allow to “standardize” the sourcing process
- How to efficiently manage the RFI/RFQ process
- How to compare the quotations from different suppliers
- How to carry out overall assessment of the suppliers (price, quality, continuous improvement, etc)

Since 1994 and as part of the first cultural exchange programs between Chinese and French high schools, Feng has spent about 10 years in France for studies and professional projects. In 2004, Feng graduated from ESCP-EAP, the French leading Business School with double specializations respectively in in Financial and Legal Engineering and Finances. Before LowendalMasai, Feng worked as Analyst at SYSTRA (00-01), a French consulting company specialized in Public Transportation Policy and Railway System Solutions, and carried out the white book of Shanghai Public Transportation Policy with reporting to the Mayor Mr. XU Kuangdi. He officially joined LowendalMasai Paris in January 2004, then moved to Shanghai office since late 2005. Feng has led more than 10 successful Global Sourcing and Cost Optimization operations within worldwide leading international groups with a specific focus on Aeronautics, Pharmaceuticals and Luxury. |

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
1) Each registration needs to be confirmed by sending back this reply-coupon to the CCIFC by mail. 2) The training fees have to be paid:- by cash in RMB the same day of the training. The attendee will receive a receipt with the CCIFC official seal;- by bank transfer in RMB or Euros, before the beginning of the training. In this case, your company has to provide the CCIFC with the invoice details (Chinese and English name of the invoicing office of your company, Chinese and English address of the invoice office of your company, account number which will be used to pay the fees). The registration will not be confirmed without this document. 3) After receiving the reply-coupon and the invoice details, the CCIFC will send an invoice. Please, remind that the CCIFC cannot provide any fapiao but just a receipt with its official. 4) A written confirmation will be sent to the person in charge of the case and at the same time the participant will receive notice to attend the training course(s) a few days before the beginning of the training session. 5) Cancellation: - Cancellation requests must be confirmed by mail.- Cancellation will be accepted if the CCIFC receives it before the deadline written at the bottom of the reply-coupon. - Any cancellation after the deadline or absence from the training course will still be charged. No free access to the next session of the training course.
