Working Group - Attracting, Engaging and Selecting candidates with Game Based Assessments

The aim of the workshop is to build awareness on how games are used in recruitment and development of current employees. Participants will learn how gamification can help Human Resources Departments.

James spent most is his career building teams in Asia Pacific. As Managing Director, Global Head of Sales or Chief Revenue Officer in various companies his impressive achievements were due to his passion in selecting the right skills with the right personality for the role and the company culture.

Over the years he developed processes that helped select the best talents and generate outstanding growth. Transforming these processes into tools was the next logical career step, and with the help of psychologists and extensive research, he launched recruitment and human capital development programs around game-based assessments and game-based learning.



Mrs. Fabienne Cao

Fabienne CAO was the very first employee when the CCIFC Shanghai Office opened in 1999. Later she was hired as Metro Project Purchaser for Shanghai Metro Line 3; the first project of Alstom Transportation in China. In 2003, Fabienne joined Air France Shanghai Office as Public Relation Manager and Head of In-Flight Interpreters for the Shanghai-Paris' route. Her negotiation and diplomatic skills acquired on her previous functions were great assets when Fabienne was appointed Human Resources Manager Eastern China and C&B Manager for Greater China following the merge between Air France and KLM in 2005. Fabienne is a senior HR professional with solid & various experiences in a multi cultural environment.

With over 20 years of business & life experience in mainland China, Eric is a business creator in HR management consulting, coaching & training for over 15 years. Previously, he was involved in business development, HR and project management in the heavy & light industrial sectors (mining & civil engineering, consumer glassware & perfumes) as well as in the service industry (trading & consulting). Eric set up Dragonfly Group, a China-centric HR consultancy focused on innovative cross-cultural talent acquisition and development for large corporations & SMEs, through executive search and recruitment, coaching & leadership development, assessment and management audit in 2000.
