Databases & Reporting in Excel
Who Should Attend?
The training will be based on a practical approach and exercises. It will be completed by a detailed support. The two modules are independent but related and we advice to attend to the two modules.
Section 1: short introduction of Module 1;
Section 2 and 3 propose a general configuration for excel;
Section 4 gives an overview of Excel 2016 menu;
Section 5 gives principles for efficient workbooks in Excel;
Section 6 introduces the notion of table;
Finally, section 7 gives you some useful tips for using Excel.
Section 1: short introduction of Module 2;
Section 2 reminds the notion of Excel formula and introduces the main formula for databases management and reporting;
Section 3 explains the principle of reports and introduces the pivot table – how is it constructed and how to use it;
Section 4 presents graphs’ principles and graphs’ layout;
Section 5 insists on the main properties of a good report.
Remarks: We also can provide English or French version and in-house training sessions according to your needs.

She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nanchang University and is currently an Excel Trainer and outsourced finance director assistant of a few SMEs in Shenzhen with responsibility of closely monitoring financial operations and effectively implementing financial decisions made in line with business strategies.
